I am Minister Sherry L. Hunter; I have been in ministry for 30 years and walking with the Lord for over 40 years. I was blessed to be licensed by Bishop Joey J. Johnson II, the founder and Senior Pastor of The House of the Lord located in Akron, Ohio. Where I am a minister and a member as well.

I have been blessed to serve in several capacities throughout this journey with the Lord. One that I truly enjoy is teaching and helping others learn about the Lord and the Word of God. I have studied at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina where I studied Business Administration and English Literature. I also was blessed to be educated at Logos Bible Institute where I received a diploma in Religious Studies. I have completed certifications in Grief Recovery and Interpersonal Communications.

I am currently enrolled in The Chaplaincy Internship Program developed by, On One Accord Bible Institute.  I will complete my licensing and certification as a Career Counselor and Life Coach in April of 2023 at the University of Akron.

I love studying the Word and helping others connect with God, the word of God and the things of God in a way that brings clarity and fosters accurate and purposeful information for their personal and spiritual growth.

I am also the mother of four children, one son and three daughters. I love music and art and traveling.
