How pleased and content is the one who does not walk in the opinions or recommendations of the evil, morally bad or playfully malicious or stand in the way with sinners or in the company of those who attack or ridicule others. 
Instead, his great pleasure and satisfaction is in the Lord’s teaching and imparted knowledge and he reflects in deep thought on it day and night. 
He is like a tree planted beside circulating streams that bears its fruit at its best time, seasoned and mature and whose leaf does not shrink, fade or decay.
Whatever he does thrives and is successful!
Those who are unjustified through Christ are like worthless matter that the wind blows away.
Therefore, the wicked will not stand up against the decrees and sanctions that God will enforce on that great day nor violators of God’s laws, commands and moral codes in the assembly of those redeemed by Christ. 
For the Lord is alert and on the lookout for His own, patiently and expectantly waiting for those justified by Him but the way of the wicked leads to devastation.
