DeColle Abbott was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She began her walk with the Lord in December 2009 when she joined Christian Kingdom Assembly (CKA) under Pastor Monroe Johnson III. At CKA, she served as a deaconess and was ordained a minister in 2014. She currently oversees both the Chaplaincy Internship Program and the On One Accord Bible Institute as the Regional Director of On One Accord Ministries. She graduated from Davenport University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. She also has a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix. She has been an employee of the United States Postal Service for over 25 years and is presently working as administrative support with the United States Postal Inspection Service.  She graduated from the Chaplaincy Internship Program (CIP) in 2012 and has served as an instructor for the program since 2013. In June of 2023, she received an honorary doctorate’s degree from On One Accord Ministry in Church Administration. She has recently completed her certification in the Grief Recovery Method and is a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist. In this capacity, she fulfills her life goal in helping people to push past the grief that is hindering them.
