The Chaplaincy Internship Program (CIP) is designed to train and develop individuals into leaders, ministers and scholars. This two-year program provides the foundation needed for advanced study into such fields. The program focuses on leadership skills and personal care in order to provide pastoral love to others

Academics
The CIP 2-year cycle uses a 13 week semester orientation and will consist of the following:
Two Leadership courses
Four Counseling courses
Three Ministry courses
One Theology course
Five Pastoral Care courses
Two elective courses
